Telegram has announced a $300 million partnership with Elon Musk’s xAI to integrate the Grok AI service into its platform. The one-year deal includes cash, equity, and a 50% revenue share from xAI subscriptions sold via Telegram. "Together, we win," stated Telegram founder Pavel Durov.

The news coincides with Telegram’s $1.5 billion bond offering, backed by institutional giants like BlackRock and Citadel. Proceeds will refinance debt from the company’s 2021 issuance. With 1 billion users, Telegram reported $540 million profit on $1.4 billion revenue in 2024.

TON, Telegram’s native token, surged 18.5% in 24 hours, climbing from $3.28 to $3.55 post-announcement, reflecting market Optimism about the AI integration and Telegram’s financial strength.
